Not well: You milk is not in well yet...Technically you can pump and may not get much. Please see if there is a lactation consultant in your area to help. Use a;d ointment or lanolin on nipples and leave them open to dry as much as possible.

Nipple cream: You need to get a good nipple cream to heal your nipples. You need to keep pumping so you do not dry up and you need to get some nipple shields . Consult your provider or lactation specialist for help! don't stop as breast milk is the best nutrition for your baby!
