See your doc.: Pe? Is the erectile dysfunction new, or related to the testicular pain? The pain could be due to infection, inflammation, torsion of the testicle or other things. The ed may be a separate issue entirely having to do with blood flow. Sounds complicated. Please see your doc or a urologist.

You're the judge: You'll know if you have erectile dysfunction & premature ejaculation b/c you won't be able to get hard enough to engage in sexual activity plus you won't last long enough prior to orgasm & ejaculation. There are treatments for both but best to start w/evaluation by your family doctor b/c ed is linked to heart disease. Check out http://goo.Gl/twscb & http://goo.Gl/bjsss for links/posts re ed & pe.

Start with urology: You may have any of a variety of reasons for your symptoms, but i'd suggest you start by having a urologist examine you.
