U need reevaluation: And an exam and cultures for other bacteria like e coli, enteroccocus bacteriodes and others and a pelvic ultrasound and u may need a hysteroscopy and endometrial biopsy- as u may have a necrotic polyp or something else inside the uterus, u need antibiotics most likely and u prob need more than one.
