Reasonably so: The oraquick test has a 93% sensitivity: 93/100 people with HIV will be detected. That is below the fda threshold of 95% for excellent tests, but it is ok. If you have never been tested for HIV by blood, you should consider doing so, just so you have a baseline negative test that you can refer back to if necessary in the future.

Not related: You probably just have a common cold. As long as there is no exchange of bodily fluids, your chances of a possible exposure are extremely rare. Always practice safe sex. A moment of pleasure is never worth contracting any std, especially one that is incurable at this point in time.
