Very concerning: Sudden change of this sort may be indicative of a seizure and many possible causes, including head injury, occult brain lesion such as tumor or stroke, an emerging infection, or even medication or drug reaction.. This is not a situation to watch and wait. Head to the nearest hospital and get evaluated. Risk of further problems far too high.
