Yes!: This can cause problems in a few ways. The first is simple and immediate. If one is very drunk this can produce immediate loss of erection or difficulty with erection. It can also lead to frequent urination which doesn't help the mood much either. In the longer term, alcohol can lead to weight gain, liver disease, alcohol dependence, legal problems, all of which can affect sex life and erections.
