Likely not wrong: If you are using an ovulation predictor kit, you likely ovulated when the kit indicated. Some women have some crampy pain around ovulation. There are times a little spotting can happen around ovulation also.

Ovulation date ok: If someone start their period on 2/12/13, it may last till 2/17/13. Date of ovulation may vary, depending on the length of menstrual cycle. So, ovulation can happen on 2/27/13. If someone have sex on 2/25/13 and 2/27/13, conception is possible. Small amount of bleed on 2/28/13 cannot be the implantation bleeding (ib) b/c ib happens 10-14 days after conception.
