Many women have used the turkey-baster method to try to impregnate themselves, and many have been successful. This is assuming that you don't have an infertility problem and you have a fertile donor. I would suggest a "delivery" on days 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 during your fertile week.

Not with saliva: Injecting saliva in your vagina will not lead to pregnancy.
