On bcp for 3 months. taken correctly. period came a week early. had unprotected sex during "placebo week".. possibility of pregnancy?

Unlikely: Just continue using the pill. May want to obtain a pregnancy test for peace of mind if you miss your next menses. Occasionally an unscheduled bleed can occur while on the pill. This sometimes occurs if one has missed a pill or was delayed in taking it. Good luck.
