M'urbation is normal: Should not affect later sex life. To start with stop both smoking &/or alcohol consumption if u do, get a soft saddle or one with a groove if you bicycle a lot. Then try not to worry about it, psychological soft penis is common. Will need to see a urologist if you really have erectile dysfunction. Problem does not result from masturbation so don't feel guilty about it. All normal boys do it.
