Anal fissure, sphinc: If pain occurs with bms it is likely a tear in the anus. Sphincter spasm of the anal sphincter muscle is another possibility.

Multiple causes: Your symptoms can be caused by a variety of conditions including rashes such as intertrigo, or hemorrhoids or anal fissures. Consult a physician for evaluation and treatment.
