No: No, the anus is not connected to the female reproductive organs. I suppose that it might be possible if some of the ejaculate made its way into the vagina and then into the uterus and tubes - but small risk at best. You should always use contraception if you do not want to get pregnant because unlikely events can occur. Best wishes.
