Probably: It sounds more like bruising then anything else. This can occur after vigorous intimate encounters. Try resting and avoiding intercourse for a few days and see if it improves. If it doesn't follow up with your gynecologist.

A few days ago I was struck by a horse rearing up close to my pubic bone. It did initially hurt and badly bruised. The bruise is fading but tender when I press on it. Would I know if it was broken or fractured? I have No other pain or discomfort?
