Most likely not: This may drive you nuts, but you body may know that it is time to have a period even though you are on depo. I'm assuming that you started Depo-Provera shortly after delivery, have had your 2nd shot, are well established on the birth control now, and that you are not the 1/1000 failure person. That being said, look for other things that may cause your pregnancy symptoms (lactation, lack of exercise, etc.).
