I had this bump around my area not by the lip more by the clit it looks like a pimple but its hard like a bad one red and it's grown i had it 3 weeks?

Infection: You may have a Bartholin's gland infection. See your gynecologist asap.

Small abscess: It may be an infection of a sebaceous gland or a small abscess below the skin. The redness and pain make a skin infection likely. The bartholins glands are located towards the opening of the vagina (at 4 & 8 o'clock, near the perineal body). You can try applying warm compresses to the bump to see if it will help it to drain or to shrink in size, but u may need antibiotics if it doesn't.Dont sque.
