You are safe to have: Sex with her in that the evolution from her contact with the virus to this level of abnormality took about 10 years. You likely already carry the virus. It doesnt have the same effects in men in that penile cancer is rare. Having her issue treated will resolve her problem, it's then a matter of moving on. If you have another partner its another issue but male screening not a recommendation.
