What matters is not : That your psychotherapist believes that it happened or not. What matters is for you to explore further what both your mind and your body are communicating to you and to allow your body to release the tensions and the memories that relate to those events. Slowly, pay attention to what your nervous system and your physiology tell you. Look into body/mind approaches like somatic experiencing.
