10min.after drinking a random drink(that i thought was mine), a bump formed on my lip. besides herpes what is it?it's not white.no puss, pain, or itching

Allergy?: The speed with which the bump appeared is not consistent with any infection. It happened too fast. It sounds like an allergy-like reaction or skin irritation of some sort.
