Can be: Bm patterns are different from person to person based on lifestyle, diet, meds, etc. As long as there are no other symptoms or pain, it is probably fine.

Probably normal.: If that is how you have always been, then probably so. There's a pretty wide range of "normal" for bowel movement frequency. However, a major change in your bowel habits (e.g., you used to have a daily bowel movement, but now only every 3-4 days) would be more concerning. It could be normal, but probably warrants more investigation.

No it is not normal: It is not normal to poop every 3to4 days.Normaly a person will move bowels once or twice a day if you are moving your bowels every 3to4 days you should consult your doctor, you may need adjustment in your diet, like more fluids, high fiber content and may need a stool softner or a laxative for a short period until you get regular.
