Sex: Are you saying that this was the first time that you had sex or that you only had a period for one day? Did you have sex with him previous to this? If so, the bleeding may or may not have been a period. If your period stopped the day you had sex, sex is not likely the cause. A home pregnancy test will be helpful if you miss your period.
