Hypothyroid: Looks like you are hypothyroid which can cause some of the symptoms you describe. I would see your doctor to get this treated and see if the symptoms improve. No other exotic labs needed unless the symptoms don't improve on thyroid replacement.

Not interpretable: T4 and T3 (liothyronine) low-normal, but don't assess bioactive thyroid hormones. A free t4& free T3 (liothyronine) much better. Tsh only mildly elevated: talk to doctor about checking TSH and ft4; thyroid may be normal. Thyroid antibodies needed. Other things more likely to cause your symptoms. Talk to doc about: testosterone, lh/fsh, prolactin, cbc, cmp, etc. Can't say thyroid without checking more likely cause of symptoms.
