Days 13-14: The most fertile days of the month are the day of ovulation (which happens 1-2 days after a urine ovulation predictor kit turns positive) and the day before that; in a 28 day cycle, this would be days 13-14. 2 days previous are also somewhat fertile (days 11-12), more than 24 hrs after ovulation you are no longer fertile at all for this month.
