I recently had a std test done at my dr. would that include herpes test or is that separate?

STD Testing: Pap smears usually include testing for gonorrhea and chlamydia. Herpes testing is done separately and based on clinical suspicion.

Possibly: This depends upon the panel of tests run by a particular physician. Generally std testing includes gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis and hiv, but some may have an expanded spectrum of diagnostic testing.
