Exam: If you also had your ovaries removed, your vagina may not have enough natural lubrication during sex from being postmenopausal, and this can lead to lacerations and abrasions during intercourse. It is always best to obtain an exam from your obgyn to rule out other possibilities, such as infection or other lesions. Best of luck!
