Testicular pain: Prostate cancer mimics enlarge prostate as its main way of presentation such as hard to urinate, dribbling, weak stream, frequency and pain with urination and blood in urine. Pain in testicle can be due to prostate problem but first you should think about other possibilities i your age such as infection, torsion or hernia. Please get it checked.
