It : It is difficult to say. The reason being is that some birth control pills cause women to have an absent or very light period. This can occur at any time while taking the pill. I suggest you take a pregnancy test. If it is negative then it may be the pill. You can resume it as directed. Discuss this with your doctor; if you do not like not having a period then you can try a different pill. Good luck.
