Women : Women usually start to ovulate within several weeks to several months after Depo-Provera wears off (assuming that is the shot you've had). So getting pregnant is a possibility. If you are concerned, then take a pregnancy test. Use a condom if you wish to prevent pregnancy, and the condom also prevents infection.
