This : This is a confusing question. If one has sexual intercourse with emission of ejaculate or pre-ejaculate, pregnancy is possible. However, if your comment is regarding the presence of motile or healthy sperm in the man's ejaculate, that is a different manner which could impact ability to fertilize the egg.
