There : There has been much debate over this topic and there is no concrete evidence either way. Every doctor has there own philosophy regarding back up contraception while on oral contraceptives and gaking antibiotics. I personally do not think it is necessary but others may. If you want to be very cautious then go ahead and use a back up method while on antibiotics. Take care.
