The : The most likely source would be a vaginal yeast infection which are very common, especially if you have recently been on antibiotics. There are many good treatments available that are sold over the counter at your local pharmacy. You could certainly try this first. If you are sexually active, especially with more than one partner or with a new partner, this could be a std. You would also likely have some form of increased vaginal discharge. The only way to know for certain would be to see a health care provider to do a vaginal exam and cervical cultures to test for a std. This is unlikely to be a urinary tract infection as typically those cause burning in the urethra with urination and increased need to urinate.
