I : I cannot tell you the reason that you have blood in your semen. Blood in the semen is called hematospermia. Some possible causes are inflammation of the seminal vesicles. Infection of the seminal vesicles, urethra, testicles, prostate or epididymis can cause blood. It is not uncommon not to be able to figure out the cause.
