It : It is unlikely that you are getting recurrent molluscum contagiosum. Most people don't keep getting recurrent cases year after year. Other possibilities would include recurrent folliculitis (kind of like ingrown hair bumps), recurrent herpes (less likely since these would probably , or recurrent warts. I would recommend an evaluation so you can get an accurate diagnosis and discussion of treatment options. I hope that helps.
