No.: Lamisil (terbinafine) is an anti fungal. Molluscum is caused by a virus. The only effective method for treating the virus is to destroy the lesions by laser, freezing (cryotherapy) or by curettage (scraping). Topical agents can be applied but are of varying efficacy. The natural history of the disease is to resolve on its own with time.
