Pregnant?: If you started your birth control pills during the first or second day of a regular period and took them regularly, you are probably not pregnant, but if you started your first pack of pills not at the beginning of your period, you may have ovulated and if any sexual contact occurred , obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.

Blood HCG: If you didn't have sex since your last period, you are unlikely to be pregnant. Just to be sure, you could get a blood test for HCG level. Have a healthy diet, drink plenty of water, avoid alcohol and street drugs, exercise at least 150 minutes per week, get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health.
