In : In woman who have had a tubal ligation, the chances of becoming pregnant are slim, about 1 in 1000. If you have taken pregancy tests that have come up negative, then the pregnancy hormone is not being detected in your urine. However, it is crucial that you follow up with your doctor to address the sudden weight gain and increase in appetite. The flickers in your abdomen can be attributed to GI concerns. Do follow up with your doctor. At that time, he/she can also order a blood test to rule out pregnancy. (once again, the chances are very small).

Not Likely: You need to follow up with your OB doctor to make sure nothing else is going on.
