Complex problem: This is a rectovaginal fistula. You really need to see a specialist for this as there are numerous causes. Depending on the cause and location a surgery is then picked to fix this for you. I can't simply tell you here without knowing more about the fistula since i would tailor the operation according to the fistula itself.
