Could be : Hormonal from the mirena (levonorgestrel). As you know the Mirena (levonorgestrel) secretes progesterone. This hormone utmost likely the reason for your symptoms.

Schedule a visit: Schedule a visit for an exam and evaluation. Most people have no symptoms of having a Mirena (levonorgestrel) and you should be evaluated for other causes of pelvic pressure like ovarian cysts. Mirena (levonorgestrel) contains Progesterone only and it acts locally to the uterus. It would not explain breast pain.
