Several Days: Most sperm live in the body for up to 2-3 days, but reports show they can live as long as 1 week. Spermacides can actually kill sperm, but barriers such as a diaphragm can prevent sperm from getting inside the cervix and uterus.

The same length: Of time as any other sperm -- approx. 72 hours depending upon your body and the quality of the sperm donated.
