Fresh semen: Treponema pallidum, the causative agent of syphilis can be transmitted across intact skin. In addition, if there are breaks in the skin of the sole of your feet, even microscopic, there is a remote possibility that other organisms can be transmitted, including hiv. Although this is highly unlikely, testing is the best course.
