Tubal ligation: It is possible to reopen tied tubes but an ectopic pregnancy can be caused. With the advent of in-vitro fertilization, the option is to fertilize eggs, gathered from your ovaries, by your husband's sperm and inplanted into your uterus. Very expensive but more probable in having a child.
