Depends: It depends on the nature of the dysfunction. Is it difficulty reaching an orgasm, lack of interest? Or.... Options to consider - use a non-serotonin antidepressant (mirtazapine, bupropion, nefazodone, etc.), add on bupropion, add on a drug for erectile dysfunction (sildenafil - viagra, etc), reduce the dose...
