Probably Not: Injections into the spinal area are done diagnostically or therapeutically. In almost all cases, the anesthetics used are of extremely short duration. These anesthetic effects dissipate relatively quickly. If you're seeing an oncologist for any long-term chemotherapy administered spinally, please consult with him/her. Sexual disfunction would be highly unusual.
