How do you know when you have std or sti?

Testing: Some std's (sexually transmitted disease) aka STI (sexually transmitted infection) have an obvious appearance, but most require testing such as culture or dna testing. If you have had unprotected sex or know that you were exposed to an std, best to get tested. Early treatment can prevent complications.
