Yes: Stds are all treatable...For now. However, we're now at the point where there's only one antibiotic left that still treats gonorrhea, with nothing else on the horizon. So don't throw away your condoms!

Treat vs cure: All are treatable with variable success. Some (chlamydia) can be cured outright but may return if re-exposed. Some (herpes, HPV, HIV) are treatable but persist and may forever be passed to others. Condoms provide a reasonable amount of protection from most but are not 100% protective.
