Practice: have intercourse often. sometimes just practicing more helps. extend foreplay and make sure your partner achieves climax first. u can also train by masturbation: bring yourself close to orgasm then backing off, repeat. sometimes using a thick desensitizing condom or desensitizing lube can help. consider a penis ring, it might help decrease sensation too. some medicines, SSRIs, can delay climax too
