10 days: By 10 after conception, the pregnancy test will be positive - so that would be a good time to check the pregnancy test.

Probably not: If you are uncertain regarding your pregnancy status, please do a home pregnancy test or have one performed by your doctor. If your period came on time, ovulation had already passed.
