Multiple symptoms...: Multiple symptoms may or may not be related. Briefly swollen neck nodes can happen for many reasons, such as a cold, the flu, mono, strep throat, etc... A single busted pimple should not enlarge a bunch of neck nodes, so the pimple may not be related to the nodes issue. Anal itch is on the other end of the body, but sometimes it can be a strep infection (same germ as strep throat). Dr. Can check.
