No--not been shown: Hepb vaccine is actually a recombinant/genetically engineered to contain only parts of the actual virus and thus cannot cause hepatitis b infection. It is not a chemical/therapeutic agent and has no interaction with any known medication in use. So, if yo need to have the hepb vaccine, you don't have to worry about this issue. Consult doc.
