No interference, OK: Spirulina and Chlorella are good sources of many nutrients and are not known to have any adverse interactions with Oral Contraceptives (OC's). OC's can increase our bodies needs for B vitamins as well as Vit. C, E and minerals like zinc. While spirulina and chlorella can supply these (which is why they are recommended) I advise taking a quality multivit. as well. See http://tinyurl.com/jcqozg2
