Need to be examined: There are so many different things this can be from minor conditions to serious ones. You really need to be examined. If you do not get answers...Find a different doctor.

Agree with Dr. G: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You should consult the doctor who did the PAP test for advice. If that is not helpful you should see a gynecologist. The issue is likely to be treatable and you do not need to suffer.
